Bookings & Reservations
How do I reserve a room?
You can reserve your room by completing our booking process and submitting payment through one of our approved payment methods. Once your payment has been confirmed, our team will guide you through room allocation and check-in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via approved bank transfer and Mobile Money. Cash payments are not accepted. Payment confirmation is required before your room can be assigned.
When can I check in?
Residents typically check in one day before the official start of the academic semester, following the university's academic calendar.
When can I check out?
Check-out should be completed within the designated period after the academic term or vacation ends. Please contact management if special arrangements are needed.
What happens during check-in?
You'll complete a room inspection with a member of our team to document the condition of your room before moving in. The same inspection is completed when you check out.
Living at Graduate Hills
What amenities are available?
Graduate Hills offers comfortable student living with amenities including Wi-Fi, study areas, a gaming and TV lounge, shuttle service, an on-site mini market, secure parking, and shared community spaces.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Residents have access to Wi-Fi throughout the hostel to support studying, research, entertainment, and staying connected.
Is there a place to study?
Absolutely. Our study spaces are designed to provide a comfortable environment for individual study and collaborative group work.
Is there a mini market?
Yes. Our on-site mini market offers snacks, drinks, toiletries, personal care products, and other everyday essentials, making it easy to pick up what you need without leaving the property.
Safety & Security
Is Graduate Hills secure?
Yes. The safety of our residents is a top priority. We maintain controlled access to the property, security personnel, visitor registration procedures, and community guidelines to create a safe and supportive environment.
Can I have visitors?
Yes. Visitors are welcome but must register at the lobby with a valid photo ID. Visitors must follow hostel policies and are the responsibility of the resident they are visiting.
Is there a curfew?
The main gate closes during designated evening hours, and residents should notify security in advance if they expect a late return or early departure.
Community Guidelines
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. To support studying and rest, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Residents are expected to be considerate of roommates and neighbors during these hours.
What should I do if something in my room is damaged?
Please notify management as soon as possible. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.
What happens if hostel rules are violated?
Our goal is to maintain a safe and respectful community. Depending on the situation, violations may result in warnings, fines, loss of privileges, probation, or, in serious cases, eviction.
Do you welcome international and exchange students?
Yes! Graduate Hills welcomes students from Ghana and around the world. Our friendly staff are happy to assist international students with settling into their new home and university experience.
